We accept
Visa, Discover, MasterCard, PayPal and E-check
payments through a Secure payment
Processing Gateway. Our online shopping cart charges for all orders
immediately. There is a 6% Sales tax for Georgia Residents. Purchases are
subject to prior sale. Due to differences in monitors and browsers colors
may vary slightly.
Our goal is
to ship products within three business days of receiving your order.
Shipping charges are added to the cost of the product.
Normally, we
ship United State Parcel Post Service for orders less than $50 or UPS Ground
for orders over $50 within the United
State and Canada. If you prefer another
carrier, please specify when you place your order. Shipping charges will be
adjusted accordingly.
International
shipment charges may vary. We will notify you prior to shipping if the
charges are higher than our domestic charges.
Any additional costs (taxes, duties and/or additional processing and
handling charges) are the purchaser’s responsibility.
Privacy:
Quiltin’ Time, LLC and Xpress Quilts do not share your personal information
or email address.

Our
Product and Service Guarantee:
All our products are of
high quality. Our fabrics are 100% cotton, unless otherwise stated. Our
suppliers are leaders in the sewing and quilting industries. Our quilts and
quilt products are machine pieced and either hand or machine quilted.
Quiltin' Time fully guarantees our quilts to be authentic and one-of-a-kind.
Return
Process
All
Sales are final after 14 days.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept your
return of a product if it was washed, discolored, or damaged in any way.
Copyright laws prevent us from accepting patterns and books for return.
Sorry, but fabrics cut to order may not be returned. Please
make your selections carefully. If you are in doubt, you can request a
swatch of a fabric for a small fee.
We make every effort to follow our quality control process. If for some
reason there is an issue with your order please email us.
If
the error was ours, we will pay the shipping charges to have it returned.
You must notify us within 48 hours
of receiving the product to qualify for the return policy.
Only authorized returns will be accepted.
The product
being returned must be in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
Once you receive our
authorization, ship the product back to us in its original shipping
container -the way it was shipped to you.
